1.Control loading quality and driving speed

In the actual operation, attention should be paid to the radial deformation of the tire to make it deformed. Don't go beyond this range.

Similarly, the driving speed has a great impact on the life of the tire. In actual use, speed and load have equal meaning, and speed is more important in some cases. In order to obtain the best use effect, if the vehicle speed is higher than the rated speed of the tire, the transportation load should be appropriately reduced; if the vehicle speed is lower than the rated speed of the tire, the transportation load can be appropriately increased. Because the tire is in actual use in contact with the ground, friction, and carcass vibration, deformation in the circumferential and lateral directions, with the increase of vehicle speed, tire temperature will rise sharply, resulting in tire burst.

2.Control tire inflation pressure

Too high or low tire pressure will cause early wear of the tire and seriously affect the service life of the tire. If the air pressure is too low, the tire will deform too much under the load, the ground contact area will increase, the tread wear will be uneven, the shear stress between the carcass plies will increase, and the frictional heat will be high, which will cause the carcass to delaminate. When the obstacles are encountered, the cords in the tire body are easily broken, which causes the tire body and the spout to burst. If the air pressure is too high, the cords in the carcass will be stretched too much and break, which will cause the carcass to burst.

Tire pressure is an important parameter of the tire's load carrying capacity. The tire pressure specified in the tire standard is the air pressure at normal temperature (15-20 "C). At the same time, when the tire is inflated, pay attention to:
